Job description

We’re working with secondary schools seeking confident MFL teachers who can establish expectations quickly, maintain strong behaviour standards, and deliver focused, well-structured lessons across KS3 and KS4.

This role suits educators who are organised, calm under pressure, and able to keep students engaged while maintaining high expectations.

What You Can Expect

  • MFL-focused timetables (French, Spanish, or German)

We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Secondary MFL Teachers (QTS / equivalent)

  • Confident classroom leaders

  • Strong behaviour management skills

  • Clear communicators who can maintain pace and structure

  • Teachers who can quickly build rapport while setting firm boundaries

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
