Location: Gateshead
Start Date: Easter 2026
Contract Type: Full-Time
Daily Rate: £130–£251 (dependent on experience)

The Role
As an MFL Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4

Teach French and German to KS3 and KS4 students

Foster a positive, inclusive, and culturally enriching learning environment

Contribute to the wider school community and support student achievement
What We’re Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Proven experience teaching MFL at secondary level
-
Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills

A genuine passion for languages and cultural education

The ability to motivate and inspire learners of all abilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
