Job description

We're working with a welcoming secondary school in Oldham that is looking to appoint an MFL Teacher to join their team from September.

The successful candidate will be teaching both French and German across Key Stages 3 and 4. You'll be joining a supportive department with a strong team around you, making this a great opportunity for either an experienced teacher or an ECT looking to develop their career.

The school is looking for someone who can inspire a love of languages, build positive relationships with students and deliver engaging lessons that help pupils achieve their potential.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching French and German in a UK secondary school
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • A positive, enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
