Salary ranges from: £31,650 to £51,048

A well-regarded secondary school in Poole is looking to appoint a passionate Maths Teacher to join its successful department from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and inspiring students to develop a genuine appreciation for mathematics.
You will teach Maths across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach Key Stage 5 for a suitably experienced candidate. Through engaging and well-planned lessons, you will help students strengthen their mathematical understanding, build confidence, and develop the analytical and problem-solving skills needed for future success.

What we are looking for:
- A recognised teaching qualification (QTS, QTLS, Or equivalent).
- Strong organisational skills and classroom management skills.
- Able to plan and deliver structured and professional lessons.
- A strong subject knowledge and experience teaching Religious Education.
- The ability to build rapport and strong communication skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability within the classroom, tailoring the education to each student’s needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
