Male Year 5 Teacher Needed in Penarth

A primary school in Penarth is looking to appoint a male Year 5 teacher to take on a class from after the Easter break through to the end of the academic year.

The Role

• Full teaching responsibility for a Year 5 class

• Planning and delivering lessons in line with the Curriculum for Wales

• Monitoring pupil progress and adapting lessons where needed

• Working closely with teaching assistants and senior staff

• Maintaining a structured and engaging classroom environment

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Experience teaching Key Stage 2

• Male teacher required for this role

• Confident managing a Year 5 class

• Strong classroom management and organisation

• DBS & EWC registration
