Job description

Part time · Long term 

We are working with a fantastic primary school in the BS8 area that is looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team on a part time, long term basis.

This is a warm, welcoming school with a supportive staff team and a real community feel. The setting is collaborative and friendly, and the leadership team is committed to staff wellbeing and professional development. There are also some great extras on offer:

The role

- Part time Teaching Assistant (Level 3)
- Tuesdays and Fridays, 8am to 6pm (45 minute break)
- Long term position with the potential to continue
- Supporting teaching and learning across early years
- Working with small groups and 1:1 where needed
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Working collaboratively as part of a supportive team

About you

- Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
- Recent experience in a primary school setting
- Confident supporting learning and adapting to different needs
- Reliable, positive and committed to making a difference for children
- A team player who enjoys working collaboratively
