Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary, secondary, and specialist schools throughout South Yorkshire. As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and helping pupils achieve their full potential. You will work closely with individuals and small groups, providing tailored support both inside and outside the classroom.
The Role
- Support teaching and learning across the curriculum.
- Deliver targeted interventions to individuals and small groups.
- Assist pupils with varying educational needs, including SEND.
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and wider school staff.
- Promote positive behaviour and pupil wellbeing.
What We're Looking For
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, adaptable, and positive approach to supporting learning.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
