Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Full Time

Location: OL13
Start Date: October 2026
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Pay: £14.80 per hour

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in OL13 on a long-term basis, starting in October.

This is a full-time role, predominantly supporting pupils in Key Stage 1, although there will be occasions where you will be required to provide support in Key Stage 2.

The Role

  • Supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 1.
  • Leading phonics groups with confidence.
  • Planning and delivering targeted intervention sessions.
  • Delivering whole-class sessions when required.
  • Providing additional support in Key Stage 2 as needed.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
  • Has experience working within a UK primary school.
  • Has proven experience delivering whole-class lessons – this is essential.
  • Is confident leading phonics sessions and intervention groups.
  • Is proactive, adaptable, and passionate about helping children reach their full potential.
