We want to hear from you if you have:

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent Early Years/Childcare/Supporting Teaching & Learning qualification)
• Experience supporting children in primary schools, nurseries, or SEND settings
• A positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills
• The initiative to support pupils 1:1, in small groups, or in class
• Availability for school hours (08:30–15:30) on a full or part-time basis

Your role may include:

• Supporting teaching and learning within the classroom or Early Years setting
• Creating a positive and engaging learning environment
• Helping pupils who require additional support with learning or behaviour
• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and wider school teams
• Assisting with activities, resources, and daily routines
