Nursery Practitioner – Level 3 CACHE Diploma

Location: Ealing, West London | Age Group: 0–5 years | Start Date: Immediate/ASAP

Are you a nurturing and qualified childcare professional ready to make a real difference in early years education?

A well-established nursery in Ealing is seeking a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their vibrant and supportive team. This is a full-time permanent role, perfect for someone passionate about providing a safe, stimulating, and caring environment for children.


Role Details

  • Position: Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)

  • Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (shift-based between 8am–6pm)

  • Contract: Permanent

  • Age Range: Working with children aged 0–5 years

  • Setting: Warm, friendly nursery with “Good” Ofsted rating and a strong team ethos


✅ Requirements

  • CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education (or equivalent)

  • Previous experience in an Early Years setting (nursery or preschool)

  • Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding policies

  • Excellent communication and team-working skills

  • A caring, creative, and patient approach to childcare

  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)


Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: £23,000 – £26,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
