Your Role
As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will:
Support pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis
Promote confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing
Help create engaging and inclusive learning environments
Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff
Encourage positive behaviour and student engagement
Make a genuine difference to young people's educational journeys

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
