I am working with school in Ashford who are looking for Learning Support Assistants to support the pupils with their academic learning and their mental wellbeing.

Learning Support Assistants support pupils who have physical disabilities/mild to severe Learning Disabilities/Autism/Asperger's/ADHD/Dyslexia/Dyspraxia/complex social and emotional needs and mental health issues.

 About the roles

  • Monday- Friday
  • 08:30-15:30 (there may be some days you are required to stay later for staff meetings or training- these will be paid)
  • The ideal candidates will have lots of patience, be resilient, be engaging and want to get the best out of the students!
  • Qualifications needed-Minimum would be A-C Grade GCSE's in English and Maths (or equivalent)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
