Learning Support Worker Wanted!

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Learning Support Worker to provide one-on-one and small-group support to students with additional learning needs. You’ll play a key role in helping learners build confidence, develop essential skills, and thrive in an inclusive educational environment.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Support students with their learning in and out of the classroom
✅ Assist with tailored learning plans and differentiated activities
✅ Encourage independence and boost students’ confidence
✅ Work closely with teachers and support staff to create a positive learning experience
✅ Provide emotional and social support where needed
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ A passion for education and supporting learners
✔️ Experience working with young people
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
✔️ The ability to adapt to different learning needs and styles

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
