Experienced Learning Support Assistant – Reading

Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting an experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work in a variety of supportive and inclusive schools across the Reading area. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
Pay starting at £90 per day
About the Role
-
Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with additional needs
-
Support students with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
-
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
-
Help create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
-
Work across different year groups depending on school needs
Requirements
-
Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant
-
Experience supporting children with additional needs is essential
-
A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
