Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – SEMH School
Egham
Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 3:30pm
ASAP Start

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive SEMH school in Egham on a full-time basis with an immediate start available.

This role would suit someone who is passionate about supporting young people with social, emotional and mental health needs and who can build positive relationships with students in a specialist setting. The successful candidate will be working closely with pupils both in and out of the classroom to help support their learning, behaviour and emotional development.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous experience working within an SEMH setting
  • Be confident supporting children with challenging behaviour
  • Have a calm, patient and resilient approach
  • Be able to build strong and positive relationships with students and staff
  • Be passionate about supporting students to achieve their full potential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
