Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – SEMH School | Egham

We’re looking for a passionate and resilient Learning Support Assistant to join a fantastic SEMH school in Egham, supporting pupils who need consistency, encouragement, and someone firmly in their corner.
Location: Egham
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Role Type: Full-Time
What you’ll be doing:
✨ Supporting students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs
✨ Building positive relationships and helping pupils thrive
✨ Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff
✨ Celebrating the small wins (which are often the biggest wins!)
What we’re looking for:
✅ Previous SEMH Teaching Assistant / LSA experience is essential
✅ A calm, proactive and resilient approach
✅ Someone who genuinely enjoys making a difference
✅ Relevant qualifications are highly desirable

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
