Learning Support Assistants – Eastbourne
Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development? We are currently looking for Learning Support Assistants to join schools across the Eastbourne area. Whether you're seeking full-time or part-time opportunities, we have a variety of roles available, including permanent positions and flexible supply cover roles.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that students reach their full potential, offering both academic and emotional support.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support students with their learning, ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively.
- Work closely with teachers to provide tailored support to individual and small groups of students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Support children with additional needs, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), where applicable.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is essential.
- SEN experience is desired but not required.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
