Learning Support Assistant – SEN Secondary School (Dibden)
Pay: £13.75 per hour
Contract: Full-time or Part-time, Flexible Hours

About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

Support students with a range of SEN needs, both 1:1 and in small groups

Assist in a variety of subjects across the secondary curriculum
-
Help create a positive and engaging learning environment
-
Work closely with teachers, pastoral teams, and specialist staff
-
Promote independence, emotional well-being, and academic progress
-
Support behaviour management and personalised learning plans

About You

Experience with SEN is beneficial but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
