Learning Support Assistant – SEN Secondary School (Dibden)
Pay: £13.75 per hour
Contract: Full-time or Part-time, Flexible Hours

Are you passionate about supporting young people with special educational needs? Do you want a rewarding role where you can make a real difference every day? Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join a supportive and inclusive SEN secondary school in Dibden.

About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

  • Support students with a range of SEN needs, both 1:1 and in small groups

  • Assist in a variety of subjects across the secondary curriculum

  • Help create a positive and engaging learning environment

  • Work closely with teachers, pastoral teams, and specialist staff

  • Promote independence, emotional well-being, and academic progress

  • Support behaviour management and personalised learning plans

About You

We’re looking for individuals who are:

  • Experience with SEN is beneficial but not essential
