Supply Work | Part-Time | £14.25 Per Hour | Earlier Assignments Available

Are you an experienced support professional looking for flexible work within specialist education?

Teaching Personnel is recruiting Learning Support Assistants to provide valuable classroom cover across a number of SEND and SEMH provisions throughout the Beaminster area.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy variety in their working week and can confidently adapt to different learning environments.

As we support several specialist provisions locally, successful candidates will have access to a range of placements supporting pupils with diverse educational and behavioural needs.

 

The Opportunity

This is not a trainee position. Due to the nature of supply work, we require professionals who can quickly integrate into established teams and provide high-quality support from the moment they arrive.

  • Support pupils with additional learning requirements
  • Assist with individual learning plans
  • Encourage positive engagement during lessons
  • Promote emotional wellbeing and confidence
  • Support communication and social interaction skills
  • Work alongside teachers and specialist staff
  • Provide one-to-one and small group interventions
  • Help maintain a structured and productive learning atmosphere

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
