Languages Teacher – Secondary School (S35 Area)

Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Languages Teacher to join a successful secondary school located in the S8 area of Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity for an innovative educator with a passion for digital literacy, coding, and modern technology to inspire the next generation of learners.

About the Role

The successful candidate will:

• Deliver engaging and progressive French/Spanish across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4

• Plan, prepare, and assess work in line with curriculum requirements

• Contribute to the wider life of the school and department

• Maintain high standards of behaviour, engagement, and achievement

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification

• Strong subject knowledge in French/Spanish

• Experience teaching KS3–KS4 (NQTs/ECTs are welcome to apply)

• Excellent classroom management and communication skills

• A commitment to raising attainment and building positive relationships

• A valid enhanced DBS (or be willing to apply for one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
