Year Team Leader
Grade: MPS – UPS + TLR2a
Pay Scale: £31,850 - £47,839 + TLR2a - £3,214
Hours: Full Time
Contract: Permanent
Pension: 21.6% employer’s contribution
Join Teaching Personnel for an exciting opportunity to work in a warm and vibrant multicultural junior school located in Slough. The school are currently recruiting for a Year Group Leader position.
The ideal candidate will be a consistently ‘good’ or better teacher, with aspirations for professional growth within their team or established leadership experience. The school are looking for individuals who are caring, patient, self-motivated, and capable of working with their own initiative. Your role will be pivotal in establishing a safe, happy, and inclusive school environment where hard work, good behavior, and excellent progress are valued.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of three years' teaching experience.
- Consistently ‘good’ or better teaching performance.
- Commitment and dynamism.
- Ability to lead by example and develop the team to uphold high standards.
