Teaching Personnel are working closely with a number of primary schools across the St Austell and Bodmin areas who are actively seeking confident, enthusiastic KS2 Teachers. With demand particularly high in Upper KS2, we are looking to grow our pool of teachers ready to make a real impact in local classrooms.

Whether you’re looking for a full‑time long‑term role, regular supply, or flexible day‑to‑day work, we can tailor opportunities around you.


The Role

As a KS2 Teacher, you may:

  • Teach engaging, high‑quality lessons across Years 3–6
  • Support pupils’ academic progress and emotional wellbeing
  • Create a positive, inclusive and well‑managed classroom environment
  • Work collaboratively with supportive teaching teams
  • Deliver lessons following school plans (with planning and marking included for longer‑term roles)

Day‑to‑day supply roles offer no planning or marking, while longer‑term placements provide consistency, structure and support.


Who We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from teachers who:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Are confident teaching across KS2
  • Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Are adaptable, reliable and proactive
  • Enjoy building positive relationships with pupils and staff

ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply.
