Key Stage 2 Teacher – Permanent Opportunity
Location: Yeovil
Start Date: End of October 2026
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: M1–M6 (Dependent on Experience)
A welcoming primary school in Yeovil is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis from the end of October 2026.
This role is ideal for a teacher who is passionate about making a difference, has a strong understanding of behaviour management, and is committed to supporting every child to achieve their full potential both individually and within the wider classroom.
The Role
- Deliver engaging and inclusive KS2 lessons.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
- Contribute positively to the wider school community.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Passionate about helping every child succeed.
- Committed to high standards of teaching and learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
