KS2 Teacher – Sheffield (S4, S5, S6, S35)
Start Date: Flexible / January 2026
Contract Type: Full-time & Part-time roles available
Pay: £120 – £200 per day (depending on experience)
Teaching Personnel is partnering with a number of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Sheffield to recruit dedicated KS2 Teachers. This is an excellent opportunity for teachers who are passionate about upper Key Stage 2 and preparing pupils for the academic and personal challenges of the later primary years.
The Role:

Teaching across Key Stage 2 (Years 3–6)

Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum

Supporting pupils’ academic progress and personal development
-
Using assessment effectively to inform planning and differentiation
-
Maintaining a positive, well-managed classroom environment
-
Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff
The Ideal Candidate:
-
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
-
Has experience teaching in Upper KS2 (Years 3–6) (ECTs welcome to apply)

Demonstrates strong classroom management and organisational skills
-
Has a secure understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment frameworks

Is committed, adaptable, and enthusiastic about supporting pupil achievement

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
