Job Advert: KS2 Teacher (Full-Time)

Start Date: September 2026
Location: Salisbury
Pay: £125–£145 per day (Paid to scale M1–M6)
Contract Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 (KS2) Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and supporting pupils in their academic and personal development.

The Role

  • Full-time KS2 teaching position starting September 2026
  • Planning and marking responsibilities are available (to be discussed with the school)
  • Supporting new pupils as they transition into their year group
  • Delivering engaging, creative, and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Maintaining high standards of classroom and behaviour management
  • Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • A commitment to raising standards and pupil achievement
  • The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
  • A flexible and proactive approach to teaching
