We are looking for an experienced KS2 Class Teacher to join a well‑regarded primary school in Ormskirk for the summer term. The role will be within Lower Key Stage 2 and requires someone confident in taking full classroom responsibility.
The school offers a positive working atmosphere, supportive leadership and a collaborative environment where teachers feel valued. You will play a key role in delivering high‑quality learning experiences and ensuring all pupils make progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging and differentiated KS2 lessons
- Maintaining strong classroom routines and expectations
- Using ongoing assessment to adapt teaching
- Contributing to planning and team meetings
- Supporting the wider school community where required
About You:
- Strong background teaching within KS2
- Confident teaching Lower KS2 pupils
- Excellent subject knowledge and classroom management
- Organised, motivated and able to deliver consistently strong lessons
- Not suitable for ECT candidates
