KS2 Teachers Wanted – Teach Locally, Teach Flexibly

Newquay / Truro & Perranporth Area

September 2026 Starts | Flexible Supply Work | KS2 Focus | £130 - £140 per day

Remember why you became a teacher?

The moments when a lesson just clicks. The confidence a child gains because of something you taught. The conversations, the creativity, the difference you make every day.

Now imagine keeping all of that...

Without taking work home every evening.

Teaching Personnel are looking to grow our team of enthusiastic KS2 Supply Teachers across Newquay, Perranporth and the surrounding coastal areas ahead of the new academic year.

Whether you're looking for full-time supply, a few days each week, or occasional work that fits around family and personal commitments, we'd love to hear from you.

Why Teachers Choose Supply

For many teachers, supply work offers the perfect balance:

✅ Teaching without endless meetings

✅ More control over your diary

✅ No planning or marking in most daily supply roles

✅ Opportunities to experience different schools

✅ A chance to focus on what you do best – teaching

✅ Better work-life balance

You tell us when you're available, and we'll work hard to find opportunities that suit you.

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from:

  • Qualified Teachers (QTS)
  • ECTs starting their teaching journey
  • Experienced KS2 practitioners
  • Teachers returning to the classroom
  • Semi-retired teachers looking to stay connected to education

If you're passionate about inspiring children and creating positive classroom experiences, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Receive

  • Competitive daily pay
  • Weekly PAYE pay (no umbrella companies)
  • Flexible working patterns
  • Access to CPD and training opportunities
  • Ongoing support from a local consultant who understands the area and schools

✨ September Is the Perfect Time to Get Started

If you're considering a change for the new academic year, now is the ideal time to register your interest and secure opportunities before September demand increases.

Apply today or get in touch for an informal chat about how supply teaching could work for you.
