KS2 Primary Teacher – Full-Time Position

Location: Millbrook & Lordshill, Southampton

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Primary Teacher to join a supportive and welcoming primary school serving the Millbrook and Lordshill communities. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about delivering engaging lessons, building positive relationships, and making a lasting impact on pupils’ learning and development.

• Role: Primary Teacher
• Location: Millbrook & Lordshill, Southampton
• Contract: Full-time position
• Start Date: September 2026
• Salary: M1–M6 (paid to scale)

We Are Looking For a Teacher Who:

• Is resilient, reflective, and adaptable in the classroom
• Builds strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families
• Has strong understanding of SEN 
• Is committed to helping every child reach their full potential
• Has experience teaching within KS2 (KS1 experience is also welcomed)

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised qualification
• A Child DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Previous teaching experience is desirable, though ECTs are encouraged to apply
• A proactive and positive approach to teaching and learning
