A vibrant primary school in Blackburn is seeking an enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join their team for a full‑year contract beginning in September. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who enjoys working with older primary pupils and is committed to delivering engaging, high‑quality lessons.

You will take responsibility for a KS2 class, supporting pupils’ academic progress, encouraging independence, and contributing to a positive school environment. The school is well‑regarded for its collaborative staff team and strong leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering engaging KS2 lessons

• Tracking and assessing pupil progress

• Creating a structured, inclusive and motivating classroom

• Working closely with colleagues to support curriculum delivery

• Building strong relationships with pupils and families

What We’re Looking For:

• QTS and experience or training in KS2

• Strong subject knowledge and curriculum understanding

• A confident, reflective and supportive teaching style

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
