Teaching Personnel are currently working with a primary school in Barry that is seeking a Key Stage 2 Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher looking to take ownership of a KS2 class and make a positive impact during an important stage of pupils' education.
The Role
- Full responsibility for a Key Stage 2 class
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the Curriculum for Wales
- Assessing and monitoring pupil progress
- Creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Working collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, parents, and school leaders
- Supporting pupils academically, socially, and emotionally
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues
- Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
- A proactive and adaptable approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
