Year 3 Teacher – Long-Term Role
Location: BL1
Salary: From £150 per day

Teaching Personnel is seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join a warm and inviting two-form entry primary school in the BL1 area. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher who is committed to providing engaging and inspiring learning experiences for pupils.

The Role:

• Full-time Year 3 teaching position
• Long-term opportunity within a supportive and welcoming school
• Teaching a Year 3 class in a two-form entry primary school
• Planning and delivering high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all learners
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to promote pupil progress and wellbeing

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is an Early Career Teacher (ECT)
• Has experience teaching in Year 3, although applications are also welcomed from teachers with experience in Year 2 or Year 4
• Demonstrates strong classroom management skills and a passion for primary education
• Is committed to helping every child achieve their full potential
• Can build positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
