KS2 Teacher – Long-Term Role (September 2026 Start)
Yeovil | Paid to Scale (M1–M6)
Full-Time Preferred | Part-Time Considered

A welcoming and supportive primary school located in Yeovil is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teacher to join their team from September 2026. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to become a key role within the school community.

The school is ideally looking for a full-time teacher, however part-time applicants will be considered for the right educator who can bring strong classroom practice and a commitment to pupil progress.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Have previous KS2 teaching experience (essential)
  • Hold QTS (or equivalent UK teaching qualification)
  • Demonstrate strong behaviour and classroom management skills
  • Have a good understanding of SEN needs and inclusive teaching strategies
  • Be committed, adaptable, and passionate about delivering engaging lessons

  • Start Date: September 2026
  • Location: Yeovil
  • Contract Type: Long-term placement
  • Salary: Paid to scale (M1–M6)
  • Hours: Full-time preferred (part-time considered)

Recruitment Process:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
