KS2 Teacher – Full Time

Location: Salisbury City Centre
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Full-Time, Fixed-Term (1 Academic Year)
Salary: M1–M6 (Paid to Scale)

A welcoming and well-established junior school in the heart of Salisbury is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher to join their team from September 2026 on a full-time, one-year contract.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons across the KS2 curriculum, assessing pupil progress, and supporting children of varying abilities, needs, and behaviours to achieve their full potential.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous experience teaching within Key Stage 2
  • A strong understanding of the National Curriculum
  • The ability to adapt teaching to meet the needs of pupils with differing abilities and learning requirements
  • Effective behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
