Full-Time KS1 Teaching Assistant – Year 1
Location: Padgate, Warrington
Start Date: 23^rd February

We are delighted to be working with a friendly and welcoming primary school in Padgate, Warrington, who are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated KS1 Teaching Assistant to join their Year 1 team on a full-time basis.

The Role:

• Full-time position supporting a Year 1 class
• Working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons
• Providing 1:1 and small group support where needed
• Helping pupils with phonics, early reading, writing, and numeracy
• Supporting children’s social, emotional, and academic development
• Creating a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience working within a primary or early years setting
• Be nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic about working with KS1 children
• Have strong communication and teamwork skills
• Be proactive, reliable, and adaptable
• Have a genuine passion for helping children succeed
