We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic KS1 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Bournemouth, supporting pupils across Years 1 and 2.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping children build their confidence, develop their skills and enjoy their learning.

The Role

As a KS1 Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support children with their learning and development
• Work alongside the class teacher to support engaging lessons
• Provide 1:1 and small-group support where needed
• Help children develop their confidence and independence
• Support reading, writing, maths and classroom activities
• Encourage positive behaviour and social development
• Help create a happy, safe and inclusive classroom environment
