We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic KS1 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Bournemouth, supporting pupils across Years 1 and 2.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping children build their confidence, develop their skills and enjoy their learning.
The Role
As a KS1 Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support children with their learning and development
- Work alongside the class teacher to support engaging lessons
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support where needed
- Help children develop their confidence and independence
- Support reading, writing, maths and classroom activities
- Encourage positive behaviour and social development
- Help create a happy, safe and inclusive classroom environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
