  • Competitive pay between £14.25 and £15.00 per hour depending on experience

Are you passionate about supporting young children in their education journey?

Teaching Personnel are currently working with a "GOOD" primary school in the FY2 area. They are looking to recruit a dedicated KS1 Teaching Assistant to join their team from November 2026 on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will support pupils across Key Stage 1, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

The school is seeking an individual who is confident working with children of varying abilities and can provide both classroom support and targeted interventions. You will work closely with the class teacher to support learning, assist with classroom activities, and help pupils reach their full potential. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a genuine passion for education.

To be considered for this post you must:

  • Have relevant experience working in a primary school setting
  • Be confident supporting children across KS1
  • Have effective communication skills and work well as part of a team
  • Be committed to supporting children's academic and personal development
