Dedicated to providing high-quality education, one of our schools is currently seeking a committed and enthusiastic Full time Year 3 Teaching Assistant to join their collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Year 3 class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Assist with the development and learning of students in the Year 3 age group.
• Conduct one-to-one and small group sessions to reinforce learning concepts.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the overall well-being and progress of students.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a teaching assistant role is desirable.
• Passion for supporting the educational and social development of primary school children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.

Qualifications:

Relevant teaching assistant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or equivalent). (Candidates without a Level 2 qualification are encouraged to apply and must be willing to work towards one.)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
