Key Stage 2 Teacher

Location: Stafford & Staffordshire
Salary: £172 + per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-Time, Part-Time, Supply & Long-Term Opportunities
Start Date: September 2026

Teaching Personnel is currently seeking enthusiastic and committed Key Stage 2 Teachers to work across a range of primary schools in Stafford and the surrounding Staffordshire areas from September.

Whether you are an experienced teacher looking for your next opportunity or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) seeking to secure your first role, we are keen to hear from you.

We work closely with a variety of primary schools and can offer flexible supply work, long-term placements, and permanent opportunities to suit your experience and availability.

 

The Role

As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
  • Maintain high expectations of behaviour and achievement.

  • Qualified Teachers with QTS.
  • ECTs looking to gain experience or secure their first teaching position.
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Have the right to work in the UK.
  • Be willing to undertake an enhanced DBS check if required.
  • Provide two professional references covering the last two years.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
