Teaching Personnel is working with a range of welcoming primary schools in Reading who are looking for enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Teachers to join their teams.

The Role:

• Teaching engaging and creative lessons across Key Stage 1

• Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment

• Assessing pupil progress and adapting learning to meet individual needs

• Working collaboratively with school staff and support teams

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Experience teaching in KS1 (placements considered for ECTs)

• Strong classroom management and communication skills

• Passion for helping young learners thrive
