Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS1 National Curriculum.
  • Create a positive and stimulating learning environment where every child can thrive.
  • Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
  • Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and pupil wellbeing.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to support learning outcomes.
  • Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.

The Successful Candidate Will Have

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A commitment to raising standards and improving pupil outcomes.
  • A passion for creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences.
