Intervention Teacher (PR4)

Location: PR4, Preston
Contract: Full-time
Start Date: November 2026
Pay: £120-£160 per day (depending on experience)

Teaching Personnel is currently working in partnership with a 'Good' primary school in the PR4 area, which is seeking to appoint a dedicated KS1 & KS2 Intervention Teacher to join the team from November 2026 on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will have experience working within a primary school setting and be confident in adapting learning to meet the needs of individual pupils. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality intervention sessions through small-group and 1:1 support across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

This role requires excellent behaviour management skills, strong classroom practice, and a genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential.

The successful candidate will:

• Have relevant experience working within a primary school setting.
• Be confident delivering the primary curriculum across KS1 and KS2.
• Have excellent communication skills and work effectively alongside class teachers and support staff.
• Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills.
• Be committed to supporting pupil progress and attainment.
