Intervention Teacher Enfield

Teaching Personnel are currently searching for Teachers to help raise students attainment via Small group and intervention classes.

Teaching Personnel offer a personalised tutoring service to help schools increase pupil attainment.

School's based in Enfield are recruiting for additional Teachers to work with children to support with boosting the attainment of core subjects – literacy & numeracy. 

Ideally the school are looking for Teachers to work 3 to 5 days per week. The hours will be 8:30-4pm and there will be minimal marking.

Intervention Teacher - Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying student learning gaps and helping to narrow them working with their individual education plan.
  • Encouraging and supporting pupils building their confidence
  • Providing feedback to regular class teachers on individual pupil progress.
  • Assisting with the workload of permanent staff.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
