We are seeking to appoint a Computing teacher to start in January at a large secondary school in South Manchester, rated Good by Ofsted. The role is open to NQTs and experienced practitioners and is paid in line with your MPS/UPS scale point (GBP24,373 - GBP40,490).

 Located close to the M60 and M56, this school is in an excellent location that is also very well serviced by public transport. Whether you own your own transport or not, this school is very easily accessible.

The school has an excellent record of academic achievement and strives to ensure all pupils are exposed to a varied and challenging curriculum, designed to develop their learning skills and well as their content knowledge, in order to enhance their ability to study independently in preparation for life after secondary school. Offering a wide selection of extra-curricular activities, the school is also concerned that its pupils received a well rounded experience that does not focus solely on academic pursuits.


-          Must have QTS in the UK

-          Must have DBS on Update service/must be willing to apply for enhanced DBS

-          Must have suitable school based references

-          Must be avaialable to start in January 2020

-          Must be able to travel to the South Manchester area

-          Must have high levels of organisation

-          Must have exceptional communication and differentiation skills
