Job description

We are seeking a passionate and committed ICT Teacher to join a well-established secondary school in Rochdale on a permanent basis from September. This is an excellent opportunity for both ECTs and experienced teachers looking to develop their career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging ICT lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 
  • Inspire and motivate students to develop their digital and technical skills
  • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
  • Contribute to curriculum development and the wider school community

Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently completing teacher training
  • Recent experience teaching in a secondary school setting
  • Strong subject knowledge in ICT/Computing
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • A genuine passion for education and student success

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
