Humanities Teacher (with English Cover) – Wandsworth, London

Are you a passionate and dedicated Humanities Teacher looking for an exciting new opportunity in Wandsworth?
Do you have the flexibility to deliver high-quality lessons across History, Geography, or RE, with the ability to cover some English classes when required?

Teaching Personnel is working closely with a fantastic secondary school in Wandsworth, South West London, who are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Humanities specialist to join their team.


About the Role

  • Full-time Humanities Teacher

  • Ability to cover Key Stage 3 English lessons as needed

  • Long-term position with potential progression

  • Supportive, well-structured department

  • Start date: January


What We’re Looking For

✔️ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✔️ Degree in a Humanities subject (History, Geography, RE, Sociology, etc.)
✔️ Strong behaviour management and positive classroom presence
✔️ Ability to teach engaging, relevant lessons
✔️ Confidence delivering occasional KS3 English cover lessons
✔️ Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
