Our partner secondary schools across Exeter are looking for a flexible Humanities Teacher capable of delivering inspiring lessons across subjects such as History, Geography, and Religious Education (RE). Key Responsibilities:

• Teach across multiple humanities disciplines (History, Geography, RE) primarily at Key Stage 3, with potential KS4 options.

• Cultivate students' global awareness, empathy, cultural understanding, and critical thinking capabilities.

• Adapt quickly to different classroom settings, school policies, and student groups.

• Maintain high standards of behavior and engagement across all taught subjects.

Requirements:

• QTS or equivalent teaching certification with a background in Humanities, Geography, History, or RE.

• Exceptional adaptability and organizational skills to manage cross-curricular lesson planning.

• Strong classroom management and rapport-building capabilities.

• A commitment to fostering inclusive and stimulating learning experiences.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
