About the Role:

We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and well-resourced primary school in FY1, Blackpool, seeking a confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team from September.

This full-time role involves:

• Delivering planned lessons in the teacher’s absence

• Leading intervention groups and supporting across year groups

• Assisting with planning, assessment, and pupil progress monitoring

• Providing high-quality support to both staff and pupils

Candidate Requirements:

• HLTA qualification (or equivalent) – essential

• Proven experience working in a primary school

• Confident in leading whole-class sessions

• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

• Flexible, enthusiastic, and committed to pupil progress
