Are you a passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with a love for Primary School Teaching? Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm

About the Role:

Our ideal candidate…

• Can support classroom teachers in planning and delivering engaging and creative lessons
• Helps create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
• Will be able to provide 1-1 support to students where needed, including those with special educational needs (SEN)
• Helps maintain the high expectations for learning and behaviour that the school hold
• Will always support students in activities, or interventions, building confidence and knowledge

Requirements:

• HLTA qualification or relevant experience
• Preferred experience in a KS1/KS2 environment
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
• A willingness to support pupils with additional needs when required
