History Teacher – Full-Time (Temporary)
Pay: £140–£220 per day (dependent on experience)

Teaching Personnel is looking for a passionate and engaging History Teacher to join one of our partner secondary schools on a full-time, temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for an educator who enjoys bringing the past to life and inspiring curiosity about historical events and perspectives ✨

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging History lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 advantageous)
  • Encourage critical thinking and discussion around historical topics
  • Maintain a positive, well-managed classroom environment
  • Follow school policies and support the wider humanities department
  • Provide feedback on pupil progress where required

‍‍ The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Strong subject knowledge in History
  • Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic about teaching
  • Recent experience teaching History in UK secondary schools
