️ History Teacher – Full-Time (Temporary) ️
Pay: £140–£220 per day (dependent on experience)
Teaching Personnel is looking for a passionate and engaging History Teacher to join one of our partner secondary schools on a full-time, temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for an educator who enjoys bringing the past to life and inspiring curiosity about historical events and perspectives ✨
The Role:
- Deliver engaging History lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 advantageous)
- Encourage critical thinking and discussion around historical topics
- Maintain a positive, well-managed classroom environment
- Follow school policies and support the wider humanities department
- Provide feedback on pupil progress where required
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong subject knowledge in History
- Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
- Flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic about teaching
- Recent experience teaching History in UK secondary schools

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
