Salary ranges from: £31,650 to £51,048

Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a highly regarded secondary school in Ringwood to recruit an enthusiastic Religious Education Teacher for a September 2026 start. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about inspiring young people to explore religion, philosophy, ethics, and contemporary worldviews in an engaging and thought-provoking way.
The successful candidate will teach Religious Education across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach Key Stage 5 depending on experience. Joining a dedicated Humanities department, you will work alongside experienced colleagues who value collaboration and high-quality teaching. What we are looking for:
- A recognised teaching qualification (QTS, QTLS, Or equivalent).
- Strong organisational skills and classroom management skills.
- Able to plan and deliver structured and professional lessons.
- A strong subject knowledge and experience teaching Religious Education.
- The ability to build rapport and strong communication skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability within the classroom, tailoring the education to each student’s needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
